He is survived by: his son Robert Joseph; his daughter-in-law Linda Hanke of Homestead Florida; his grandson Robert Joseph Hanke Jr. of Port St; his great grandchild Rinna Hanke; his brother Stanley Bartholf of Virginia; and his niece Jane Flynn of Poughkeepsie.
