He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clemens and Lenore Clemens (Powell); and his siblings, Peggy, Patricia, James and Richard.

He is survived by: his wife Lynda Williford; his children, Benjamin Clemens (Dawn) and Laura Clemens (Sander Mathews); his granddaughter Iris Mathews; and his daughter Jennifer Clemens. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the William G. Miller & Son Funeral Home, Inc. (371 Hooker Ave, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hudson Valley Hospice or Heifer International.
