He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thelma Bowman, James and Agnes Fulton. He is survived by: his parents, Mona Bowman and Robert W. Fulton; his siblings, Latonya Fulton Nash and Terrell Fulton; his son Robert Earl Fulton Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Jasmin Williams, Jaelyn Nash, Jai Nash, Terrell Fulton Jr. and Benjamin Sathu Fulton; his god-sister Nyasia George (Michael); and the mother of his child Gisenia Hernandez. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Joseph J. Darrow Sr. Funeral Home Inc. (39 S Hamilton St, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
