He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron H. Borst Jr. and Gladys Ferrara Borst. He is survived by: his wife Laura Recchia; his daughters, Rebecca Kaiser (Chris) of Wallkill and Stephanie Borst (Joseph Coppola) of Poughkeepsie; and his brother Glenn Borst (Eliza) of Newburgh.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sweet's Funeral Home (4365 Albany Post Rd, Hyde Park, NY 12538). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
