He is survived by: his parents, Susan Norton Maywalt and Theodore Lutz; his children, Adriana Pizzarelli and Nico Lutz; his brothers, Chip Brown and Shane Lutz (Althea); his stepsiblings, Christine Lutz (Mike Lang) and Theodore Lutz Jr.; his grandmother Elizabeth Norton; and his aunts and uncles, William Norton (Sandy), George Norton, James Norton, Irene Lutz, Linda O'Dell, Jerry Lutz, Julie Boyles and Robert Lutz. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
