She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Pasquale Saitta and Antonina Sacco (Lena); her daughter Allison Ober (Stuart); her stepsons, Richard Fenwick (Nancy) and Paul Fenwick; her grandchildren, Alexander Ober, Bradley Fenwick, Tayler Fenwick (Carl Ballesteros) and Erik Berlin (Diana); her great grandchildren, Cooper Berlin, Bentley Berlin and Denise Martin; her sibling's children, Joseph Saitta (Pamela), Pat Saitta and Christina Saitta; her husband Richard Fenwick; and her brother Vincent Saitta.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in the name of Virginia Fenwick may be made to Planned Parenthood or the Lupus Research Alliance.
