He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bruce and Ellinor Cecelia "Flynn" Matthews. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his children, Brie and William; his sister Donna Matthews; and his sibling's children, Heather, Brendan and Brett. He is also survived by 7 great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Hudson Valley SPCA or to the Hudson Valley Hospice in his name.
