She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert F. Tuttle and Helen S. Tuttle (Milan); and her brother Robert L. Tuttle. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Mary Ann Tuttle of Charlotte, N. C.; her niece Christine Tuttle (Timothy Peters) of Tega Cay, S. C.; her nephews, Robert K. Tuttle (Sharon) of Weddington, N. C. and Michael Tuttle (Jenny) of Monroe, N. C; her extended family, Joan Darragh of Poughkeepsie, N. Y., John Darragh (Denise) of Wayne, Paul Darragh (Megan) of Southbury, CT. and Margaret Castelli (Jack) of Poughkeepsie, N. Y; and her pets, Katie and Kalli. She is also survived by Many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Winnie's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Red Cross.
