He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sr. and Pearl; his wife Catherine; his children, James and Victoria; and his sisters, Sis (Chuck) and Bea (James).

He is survived by: his children, Edward III (Mary), Chris (Mary), Daun (Jerry), Tim (Danielle), Heather (Jim) and Otis Jr.; and his sister Mimi (Harry). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
