She is survived by: her husband David Slack Sr.; her children, David Slack Jr. and Amanda Kula (Steven); her grandchildren, Jacob Kula, Nathalya Kula and Abram Kula; and her sister Frances Redmon Stribling (Jimmy) of Albuquerque, NM..
