He was predeceased by: his parents, Maryanne Fitzwater (Gombar) and Elwood Fitzwater; and his brothers, Bill Richard and Gene Fitzwater. He is survived by: his siblings, Audrey Cermak (Ed), Tom and Robert Fitzwater; and his sister-in-law Tammy Fitzwater (Billy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
