Though Stephen may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Stephen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carlton Randall and Donna Loomis Randall; his wife Patricia Oakes Randall of Central Square; his children, Stephen Randall Jr. (Pat) of West Monroe, David Randall (Dez) of Maine, Nick Randall of Hastings, Tanya Drake of Mexico and Angie Draper (Perry) of Solvay; and his siblings, Wayne Randall of Camden, Butch Mosher of Camden, Darlene Oakes of Camden and Cindy Dingman of Camden. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
