A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Holy Rosary Church (1510 Adee Ave, Bronx, NY 10469). A burial was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Rose Hills Memorial Park (100 Mill St, Putnam Valley, NY 10579).
Frank worked as a School Crossing Guard Supervisor out of the 49th Precinct in the Bronx and took great pride in being awarded Civilian of the Year "for his outstanding service and enduring contributions to the community.".
