He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kupchok and Jenny Kupchok. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Koch; his children, John, Michael, Keithanne Delgrosso (Rich) and Jonnel Viglucci (John); and his grandchildren, Robert, Gavin, Matthew and Brielle.
