With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard L. Sharlow of Pyrites, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2026 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard L. Sharlow to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Sharlow and Carrie Sharlow (Westerdick); his daughter Kay Cota; and his siblings, Wayne, Jerry, Morris Sharlow, Sally Wright and Carolyn Bevins.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Sharlow; his children, Randy Sharlow (Lisa), Joanna Davis (Matthew) and Joseph Sharlow (April); and his siblings, Roy Sharlow, Joan Willard, Cheryl Sharlow, Phyllis McBroom, Susan Walrath and Kate Hazelton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
