He is survived by: his wife Cynthia D. Bruce of Quaker Springs; his son Scott Bruce (Susan); his grandsons, Michael Skot and Jason Willard; his stepchildren, Laurie Lewis, Ruthie Penman (Jon), Eddie Burns (Elizabeth), Heather, Kristen and Richard Varney; and his siblings, Tim, Richard, John, Hugh Bruce Jr., Betty Bruce, Pat Henry (Paul), Dale Baldwin, Rose Ormsby (Donald) and Grace Wilson. He is also survived by grandchildren and a great grand daughter.
