He is survived by: his father Bolivar Medina; his siblings, Joanne Medina and Bolivar Medina Jr.; his son Alex Jr.; his stepson Stephen Diaz; his daughters, Toni-Anne, Amanda, Samantha and Corinne; his grandchildren, Jay, Madison, Iverson, Cross, Aya, Alex III, Mckenzie, Alexa and Memphis; his nieces, Natalie and Olivia; his nephew Timothy; his great-niece Gemma; and his nephew Ezra.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Village Chapels Inc. (67-67 Eliot Ave, Middle Village, NY 11379).
