We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2024, at the age of 85, Catherine Cestone of Queens, New York, born in Moosic, Pennsylvania passed away. As Catherine departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. She was predeceased by : her husband Louis Cestone; and her parents, Maxwell Willard and Margaret Clark. She is survived by : her children, Margaret Cestone, Louis Cestone, Karen Cestone Sanchez and Daniel Cestone; and her grandchildren, Gabrielle Cestone, Michael Al-Rusan and Dominick Al-Rusan. She is also survived by her husband and parents.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James Romanelli-Stephen Funeral Home (89-01 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11416). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:30 AM at 111-50 115th St, Jamaica, NY 11420.
