With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Diane P. Militello (Queens, New York), born in New York, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 5, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire her loved ones, keeping Diane's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Thomas Militello; her children, Chris (Ellen Mangan) and Michele Militello; her grandchild Kiera Militello; and her brother Vincent Gallo (Anna).
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joseph Farenga & Sons (38-08 Ditmars Blvd, Astoria, NY 11105). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
