She was predeceased by: her parents, Miguel Velez and Aurea Velez. She is survived by: her brother Michael Velez; her goddaughter Jennifer Gutierrez; Pam Shiwram. She is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cassese Funeral Home (101-07 101st Ave, Ozone Park, NY 11416).
