He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his children, Nirmala, Neela, Sharena and Devanand; his sister Lilmatie (Sugarbet); his brother-in-law Jaikissoon Sookdeo of Guyana; his nieces and nephews, Monica, Marilyn, Valentine, Indira and Joey; and his grandchildren, Anasha, Shazim, Shivanand, Jerome, Randy, Thessa, Lisa, Rachael, Nadia, Rozetta and Devin.
