He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Goodman (Jim) and Diana Goodman; his wife Laura Goodman (Vail); his son James P. Goodman III; his brother Kenneth Goodman (Kenny); and his brothers-in-law, Lawrence and Christopher Vail (Maryann).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Leo F. Kearns, Inc. (61-40 Woodhaven Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374). A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Sebastian RC Church (58-02 Roosevelt Ave, Woodside, NY 11377).
