He was predeceased by: his father Otto Sivells; and his brother Kaurie L. Sivells. He is survived by: his wife Kellie C. Hackett; his children, Kendall II and Kaliyah; his mother Linda Smith (James); his stepmother Yvonne Sivells; his mother-in-law Doreen Hackett; and his siblings, Ramona Sivells, Derek Sivells (Kristy), Keisha Burfoot (Anthony), Desiree Blackman, James Myrick, Kristan Goodwine (Lyle), Michael Sivells, Steven Sivells and Ashley Borden (Stephon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
