He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Simon and Samuel Rein; his wife Carol Puckowitz; and his daughter Lisa. He is survived by: his children, Nina and David; his children-in-law, Ricky, Mike and Holly; and his grandchildren, Casey, Emily and Jake. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
