She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo Roldan and Modesta Roldan; her husband Antonio J. Uy; her brothers, Francisco and Aurelio Roldan; Salvador C. Uy (Christine Brennan).
She is survived by: her sons, Marc Uy (Susan Harrison Uy), Antony Uy (Megan Black Uy) and Kurt Uy (Sarah Bierenbaum); her grandchildren, Antony Jr., Christopher, Fiona, Michael, Annabel and Ronan; her brother Herminio Roldan (Miriam Roldan); Bernadette Uy Santangelo (Matthew Santangelo). She is also survived by her four step-grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Homes - Floral Park (29 Atlantic Ave, Floral Park, NY 11001). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception RC Church (86-45 Edgerton Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11432).
She was gifted a kidney from her cousin, Liza Chirsan, underwent a kidney transplant, and became a passionate advocate for organ donation.
