He was predeceased by: his wife Edda. He is survived by: his son Luis Figueroa Jr.; his grandchildren, Katharine Figueroa, Elizabeth (Boisvert), Olivia Figueroa and Christian Figueroa; his daughter Laura; and also Esperanza Orrego.
