She is survived by: her former husband Howard Cunningham; her children, Robin Shumays (Sami Shumays) and Howard Cunningham Jr. (Vicki Edgerton); her grandchildren, Mehrunnisa Shumays, Diamond Cunningham, Shakeya Coleman (Timothy Brown Jr.), Zachary Cunningham, Morgan Castane (Elvrich Castane) and Katherine Melendez-Cunningham (Margaret); and her great grandchildren, Xiamaya, Savian, Genesis, Celina, Mila, Seilah, Kairo, Akira and Chubby.
