She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Johnson and Georgia Johnson; her siblings, Georgia Cox and Harold Johnson; and her children, Jerome Eugene Jr., Derrick Kenneth, Antone Enrico Dash, Charlotte Dash and Tony.

She is survived by: her husband Jerome Eugene Dash Sr.; her children, Ricardo R. Dash Sr. (Arlene) and Stephanie Dash Holmes (Derrick); and her sisters, Sharon and Jeanette Coplon. She is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made to the "American Cancer Society" in Honor of Mary A. Dash.
