Richard leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Richard’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gloria (Bienenstock); his children, Jessica and Jonathan (Margo); his grandchildren, Ian, Maia, Colette and Camille; and his brothers, Lawrence (Ruth) and Jay Kobrin (Gordon Micunis).
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 125 E 85th St, New York, NY 10028. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mount Lebanon Cemetery (78-00 Myrtle Ave, Glendale, NY 11385).
