We announce the death of Salvatrice Provenza (Queens, New York), who passed away on October 8, 2026, at the age of 93. Salvatrice will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Salvatrice’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She is survived by: her husband Pasquale Provenza; her children, Angela Palilla (Richard), Richard, Sarah, Jennifer and Stephen Provenza (Marianne); her grandchildren, Alexander and Jessica; and her great grandchild John Provenza (Deborah).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Leo F. Kearns, Inc. (61-40 Woodhaven Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Hope Church (61-27 71st St, Middle Village, NY 11379). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the All Faiths Cemetery (67-29 Metropolitan Ave, Middle Village, NY 11379).
