She is survived by: her son Reginald Butler (Heather); and her siblings, Jack Carter (Glenora), Dr Paul Carter (Katie), Danny Carter (Beatrice), Rev Carroll Carter (Freida) and Dr Arthur Carter (Ana). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
