He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sofia; his children, Cathy, Tony Kastanos, Anna and Bobby Karounos; and his grandchildren, John, Sofia Kastanos and Katerina Karounos of Georgia.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Irene Greek Orthodox Church (36-07 23rd Ave, Astoria, NY 11105).
