He is survived by: his wife Alka Chokshi; his children, Hetal Kocinsky (Daniel Kocinsky) and Nehal Chokshi (Hoan Lieu); his grandchildren, Sona Kocinsky, Leela Kocinsky, Dean Chokshi and Ella Chokshi; and his siblings, Sudhir Chokshi (Mala Chokshi) and Smita Parikh.
