He was predeceased by: his parents, Tulio Rocco Rispoli, Sr. and Beatrice Rispoli (Mattioli); his wife Dorothy "Dee" Rispoli; and his siblings, Bobby Rispoli and Toni Neumann.
He is survived by: his children, Nicole Atkins (Rob) of Poughkeepsie, Christina Squilla (Vinnie) of LaGrangeville, Tulio R. Rispoli III of LaGrangeville and Anthony Rispoli of Wappingers Falls; his grandchildren, Christopher Atkins, Sean Atkins, Vincent Squilla, Ashton Dimase-Rispoli, Arianna Squilla, Nora Rispoli and Charlotte Squilla; and his sister Cathy Benevento (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
