We announce the death of Walter Wilms (Queens, New York), who passed away on July 31, 2026, at the age of 93. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Brigitte (Peter), Claudia (Andrew) and Bryant (Skylar); his grandchildren, Caroline (Manu), Gabriel (Kayla) and Cassandra; and his great grandchild Gavin. He is also survived by many extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Kidney Fund.
