He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

“I just learned today of Mr. Kelsey's passing. My aunt is also a resident at the Center. I adored Cheryl and loved watching the two of them interact with each other during bingo time. The love he had for his wife was so obvious. One of my favorite memories was listening to him sing the last time I was there with my aunt during a guest singer visit. I had the pleasure of bringing him back to his room, and we shared memories of Cheryl. My deepest sympathies for your loss of both Cheryl and Chuck...”
