She is survived by: her siblings, Butch Simpson (Beth), Frank Simpson (Cindy), Peggy Wade (Peter) and Michelle Simpson; her husband John G. Webster Sr.; and her children, John G. Webster Jr. (Rachel) and Jessica L. Webster (Jacob). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Hope for Paws, an organization close to Kelly's heart.
