She was predeceased by: her parents, Elric Gifford and Grace Gifford (Landell); her significant other Frederick E. Ball; her children, Patricia Barth-Nelson, Diana Doyle, Nancy Sharpe and Michael Wilcox; her grandson Christopher Nelson; and her sister Ruby Norris.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Mark Nelson, Brian Nelson (Mary Jo), Karista Mechanick (Jeff), Tara Nelson and Michelle Wilcox-Eggleston (Seawn); and her daughter-in-law Vivian Lazure. She is also survived by many loving great grandchildren and great-great grandbabies.
