He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stewart and Mary Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Isobel Nicol; his children, Jane (Rob), Beth (Andrew) and John (Sarah); and his nieces, Diane, Sandi and Rhonda. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
