She was predeceased by : her parents, Francis Ohmar and Rozel Gertrude Luce (Rainey); her husband Edward Sanborn Sr.; her daughter Diane McCandless; and her brother Everett Luce.

She is survived by : her children, Nadine Pascatore (Philip) of Kennedy, Vanita Walters (Michael) of Randolph, Joyce of Meadville, Edward Sanborn Jr. (Diane) of Bruce Wis, Leslie Sanborn (Christina) of Union City and Clifford Sanborn of Linesville. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
