She was predeceased by: her parents, William Collins and Mabelle Collins (Chapman); her husband Fred W. Schwartz; and her son Thomas William Schwartz. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ann Schwartz of Tidioute, PA., Kathy Schwartz-Clark (Shawn) of Randolph and Robert Schwartz (Susan) of El Paso, TX.; and her sister Roseann Hintz of Great Valley. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and twin great granddaughters.
