He is survived by: his son Trevor Frederick (Darla) of Rochester; and his siblings, Debra Frederick of Corry, PA., Brad Frederick of Lakeview, S. C. and Sandra Miller of Kingman, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
