He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Leroy Graham and Ethel O. Graham (Martin); his wife Barbara J. Graham (Flasher); his great grandchild Haley Mighells; and his siblings, Ronald, Robert Graham and Karen L. Graham.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Stover (Lori) of Tidioute, David Graham (Beverly) of Sugar Grove, Patrick Stover of Garland, Merikay McDunn of Warren, Kimberly Mighells of Randolph, Julianne Lucas (Charles) of Jacksonville, FL., Johnathan Graham (Jennifer) of Bethany Beach, DE, Stanley Stover of Randolph, Gregory Graham (Diane) of Randolph and Ginger Oyer (Christopher) of Randolph; his sister Julia "Judy" Williams (late Al) of Steamburg; and his sister-in-law Patricia Conklin (Merilou Johnson) of Falconer. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the East Randolph Methodist Church (122 Church St, East Randolph, NY 14772).
