He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Kibbe and Grace Kibbe; and his siblings, James Kibbe, David Kibbe and Lillian Coe.
He is survived by: his wife Lola Newton Kibbe; his children, Joseph Kibbe (Janice) and Lisa Kibbe; his grandsons, Josh Kibbe (Niki), Adam Maloney (Jayden) and Arthur Kibbe (Erica); his great grandchildren, Madison, Nick, Blake, Brycen and Lani; and his sister Vera Harrington (Louise Conklin) of Phoenix.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Eugene to the Coldspring Fire Co, Steamburg United Methodist Church, or Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care.
