He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Henry and Nella Patton Lewis (Margarette); his children, Kitty Kale Lewis, Dale Lewis and William "Bill" Lewis; his granddaughter Dawn Lewis; and his sister Lorna Myers.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Gesaman Lewis; his daughter Lorna M. Lewis of Randolph; his granddaughters, Carie Steelman, Melissa Potter, DeAnna Turk and Amanda Tucker; and his sister Patricia Wright. He is also survived by 14 Great Grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
