He is survived by: his wife Florence E. Stacey (Milks); his children, Jack O. Stacey of Randolph, Jeffery Stacey (Tammy) of Randolph and Debbie Stacey of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Jeffery Stacey (Shanta) of Cattaraugus, Jared Stacey (Rebecca) of Randolph, Justin Stacey of Jamestown and Brooke Stacey (Aaron) of Falconer; his caregiver Jillian Stacey-Swan (Justin) of Randolph; and his great grandchildren, Ryan and Waylon Stacey. He is also survived by 5 step grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
