He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley John and Katherine Harvey (Ahlgren); and his former wife Marilyn Harvey (Gregory). He is survived by: his wife Betsy M. Stickney Wright Harvey of Randolph; his sister Linda Loomis of Kennedy; his children, Eugene Harvey (John Haderer) of Lackawanna, Gary Harvey (Kerri) of Randolph, Brendon Harvey (Elizabeth) of Otto, Kelly Wright (Kevin Post) of Kennedy, Ken Wright (Carli) of Randolph, Ben Wright (Lori) of Collins and Shelly Goodman (Matthew) of Cattaraugus; his grandchildren, Bryce, Mara, Jaxon Harvey, Calysta (Brodie), Carter Harvey, Elizabeth, Paul, Bradley Armstrong, Adeline, Owen Wright, Courtney Pendino (Jeff), Kimberly Mrowczynski (Rogan), Tyler Wright (Hannah), Skyler Wright (Amanda), Brynn, Bransen Gabel and Lilly Goodman; his brothers, Tom Harvey and Ken Harvey; and his brother-in-law Howard Loomis. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Randolph American Legion, or follow Jim's passion and plant a tree in his honor.
