Kickbush (White); his children, Michael Kickbush (Megan) of Milford, OH, Tricia Fitzgerald (Michael) of Jamestown and Rebecca Kickbush (Thomas) of Cattaraugus; his grandchildren, Breanna, Ryan, Cayden and Oliver; his brothers, Stephen Kickbush (Christine) of Hornell and Scott Kickbush of Hendersonville, NC; and his sister-in-law Andrea of Leon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
