He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul B. Kickbush and Iris Kickbush (Payne). He is survived by: his wife Andrea G. Kickbush (Ingersoll); his daughters, Tammy Sweeney (Brian) of Chili, NY, Amy Lincoln (Adam) of Eden, NY and Kelly Baker (Jeff Viksjo) of Williamsville, NY.; his grandchildren, Dylan, Gavin, Malaya, Harvest Sweeney, Samuel, Benjamin Lincoln, Lily, Amelia Baker, Vivienne and Bianca Viksjo; and his brothers, Stephen Kickbush (Christine) of Hornell, Scott Kickbush of Naples, NY and Randall Kickbush (Jean) of Conewango Valley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials if desired may be sent to Roswell Park Cancer Center, Buffalo or a charity of choice.
