He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin W. Moshier and Beatrice L. Moshier (Garrison). He is survived by: his children, Nicholas, Raeann (Ryan) and Benton; his siblings, Marie Waild (Brian), Brian Moshier (Valerie) and Nancy Hillman (Leigh); his close friends, Jeff Wayland (Janice) and Gary Blake (Bonnie); and his pet Felix.
